TOWN OF LA VALLE
La Valle Town Board Special Meeting Minutes
September 19, 2008

1.Chairman Brey called the meeting to order at 7:00 a.m. 

2.Roll call: Supervisor Hartje-present; Supervisor Geitz-present;
Supervisor Neau-present; Supervisor Lucht-absent; Chairman
Brey-present. 4 members present, Supervisor Lucht absent

3.A motion was made by Supervisor Hartje, seconded by Supervisor
Neau: To approve the posted agenda. Motion carried voice vote all aye.


4.Jason Jackson, General Engineering Company, gave an overview of the
pay request submitted by Harmony Construction for $135,198.30 to be
paid through Northern Escrow Inc.

5.A motion was made by Supervisor Hartje, seconded by Supervisor
Neau: To approve the pay request as presented by Mr. Jackson.   Motion
carried voice vote all aye.

6.A motion was made by Supervisor Hartje, seconded by Supervisor
Geitz: To authorize Chairman Brey to approve vouchers needed for
direct buy purchases between board meetings. It was noted that Mr.
Jackson would review the invoice prior to payment. Motion carried
voice vote all aye.

7.A motion was made by Supervisor Hartje, seconded by Supervisor
Geitz: To adjourn
Motion carried voice vote all aye.
