April 10, 2008
1.Meeting: was called to order at 7:05pm by President Connie Hartje.
Roll call was taken.
2.Roll Call: Connie Hartje present, Calvin Brey present, Karen Geitz
present,Andrew Johnson present,Kevin Pasker absent,
Visitors:Rocky Sobeck, Bryan Dee,
Greg Hahn, Al Johnson, Rocky Sobeck
3.AGENDA: was read and approved. A motion was made by Calvin Brey
seconded by Karen Geitz to approve. All aye.
4.MINUTES: were read and approved. A motion was made by Calvin Brey
seconded by Karen Geitz to approve. All aye. Motion passed.
5.BILLS: were presented to the committee by Chief Hahn for the month
of April. A motion was made by Calvin Brey seconded by Karen Geitz to
approve checks
#4185-#4203 totaling $4548.03. Greg advised he would talk
with Steve Roy about the extra water charge.
Motion was made by Calvin Brey seconded by Andrew Johnson to deposit
$4500.00 into the checking account according to the present split.
Motion passed.
A motion was made by Karen Geitz seconded by Andrew Johnson to
approve the Financial Statement. All aye. Motion passed.
6.CHIEF’S REPORT: Greg reviewed the calls for the month of April.
The number of calls is around the same as last year. The Easter egg
hunt was held at the fire department due to the snow. The Legion will
be hosting the next blood drive. April 17 is the Chiefs meeting and
April 24 is the Sauk County EMS meeting. 26 fire department members
voted on new two new firefighters. They are Brandon Rhinehart and
Steve Henderson. A motion was made by Karen Geitz seconded by Andrew
Johnson to approve the two new firefighters.

7. ADJOURN: A motion was made by Karen Geitz seconded by Calvin
Brey to adjourn. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:28pm.
