Discussion and action on the following:
1.Call to order
2.Roll call
3.Approve posted agenda
4.Purchase of Police Dept. equipment: Locater/GPS unit for boat
patrol and Tazer 
5.Update from insurance adjuster
6.Receipt of settlement check from LGPIF for fire damage
7.Meet with General Engineering Co. for 3rd  design meeting on new
town shop and hall. 
8.Prepare for Public Hearing May 3
9.Consideration of Offer to Purchase land
10.The La Valle Town Board may convene into closed session as per
Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the
purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds or
conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or
bargaining reasons require a closed session, if needed, and
subsequently return into open session as per Wisconsin Statute
19.85(2).
